Delivery Charges
A Delivery charge will be charged on each delivery. If the goods cannot be left due to there being no payment available or nobody to take delivery there will be an additional delivery charge of 1.5 times your normal delivery charge per extra delivery.
Cutting Sizes
All sizes quoted are nominal only, the actual size may vary 2-5mm depending on the product. The cost of cutting on any order requiring cutting will be worked out for exact size unless requested otherwise. Full sheets will be supplied at normal size.
Returns (Subject to approval)
Flute, Cut Sheets & Special Orders or Custom Manufactured Orders will not be exchanged or refunded. Full sheets returned will incur a re-stocking fee of 25% of the value of goods returned plus handling. No returns will be accepted after 7 days from invoice date or without prior approval.
Returned Items will only be accepted in perfect original condition.
Damaged Product
It is important to check all goods at the time of delivery as we will not be held responsible for damage occurring after the goods have been delivered.

Order Placement Cut-Off Time
For orders to be delivered according to our regular delivery schedule they must be placed prior to 4pm Mon-Thurs and 3pm Friday. Any order placed after this time may need to go on the following delivery run.
