Cast Acrylic sheet supplied by Sign Sheet Distributors is produced from high quality virgin MMA (Methyl Methacrylate Monomer). They are used for Signage as flat or vacuum formed panels in illuminated light boxes and general sign panels. It is also used in all manner of fabrication applications.
Cast Acrylic Sheet shows excellent resistance to natural ageing while providing superior flatness and optical properties when compared to Extruded Acrylic Sheet and offer greater thermal
stability and better resistance to crazing when exposed to solvents.
The Cast manufacturing process leads to slight variations in the thickness of sheets with a normal tolerance being around 3-5%.
